Activity Report

The Activity Report provides a comprehensive overview of all activities impacting a stock item. This interactive report details purchasing activity, usage activity, transfers in and out from other locations, and any necessary adjustments to inventory, such as stock write-offs.
You can tailor the report to display only activities of interest. For example, if you want to list stock used for verifying and identifying missing FP34 scripts, follow these steps:
1. Change the page view to "NHS Reimbursables" only.
2. In the Event Types dropdown, select "Item Used" filter and possibly the "Adjustments Out" filter.
This customization will refine the displayed results to show only NHS Claimables used items.

For more details on managing the NHS Claimables area, and reconciling to FP34 scripts, please refer to the guide on NHS Reimbursables Management.
Since the Activity Report is updated from recorded activities in the App and Adjustments made in the Stock Count report, there's a possibility that some activities may not be recorded accurately. Before relying on the Activity Report, it's recommended to conduct and record a stock count to identify any differences between the stock count and system figures. Investigate and adjust differences as necessary.
For further details on Stock Counts please refer to the Stock Count Report Guide.
Activity History and Reconciliation:
When working with the Activity Report, you can view the history of activities connected to each item. Click on the left column "+" sign to see details below the listed item. Utilize reconciling check boxes (found in the "R'd" column on the right) to track reconciled and unreconciled items effectively.

Stock Usage Report:
In addition to the Activity Report, the Stock Usage Report calculates stock usage during a specific period. Similar to the Activity Report, it calculates usage but is based on physical stock counts. This can highlight missing adjustments that the Activity Report may not detect, as its accuracy depends on all activities being properly recorded.
For further details please refer to the Stock Usage Report Guide.
