A quick view to help fast track your frequent purchases

The first step in creating a purchase order is selecting the items you want to purchase from your Personal Catalogue. As your catalogue grows, it may contain hundreds of products, so using the system’s built-in tools will help you locate the right items quickly.

• Search Function

Use the search box at the top left of your Personal Catalogue to find products instantly by name, brand, or code.


• Recently Purchased Items

For repeat orders, you can filter your catalogue to show items purchased in the last 2 weeks, 1 month or 2 months. This is especially useful for frequently ordered supplies. Simply tick the check-boxes in the right-hand column to add them to your order.


• View Selected for Ordering

As you move between screens, you can continue selecting products. When you’re ready, use the drop-down option View Selected for Ordering to review all chosen items in one place.


• Finalizing Your Order

Once everything looks correct, click Order Selected Items at the top right of the page. The system will generate a Proforma Purchase Order, which you can review, edit if necessary, and then confirm for issuing to suppliers.
