We've introduced a handy feature to simplify your shopping experience. Here's what you need to know about the Out of Stock (OoS) Identifier:
If a supplier has advised us that the item is not currently in stock, an OoS hyperlink appears in the Stock Status column. Green cubes indicate that an item is in stock. Red is your OoS.
1. Locating the Feature:
Find it in the Stock Status column in your Personal Catalogue.
2. Recognizing Out-of-Stock Items:
Look for the OoS hyperlink if a supplier indicates the item is out of stock.
Green cubes signal that an item is currently available.
3. Exploring In-Stock Alternatives:
Click the OoS link to reveal a popup with identical or equivalent items available from alternative suppliers.
4. Optimized Display:
The popup organizes items based on the best profit (for claimable items) or best price (for non-claimable items).
5. Supplier-Confirmed Availability:
Only items currently confirmed by suppliers as in-stock and available for purchase are listed.
The OoS item is also displayed for reference.
6. Consistent Stock Level Indicators:
The popup uses the same stock level identifiers as shown in the Stock Status column.
