Getting started with Surgery Network: A User’s Guide

Welcome to Surgery Network, your go-to platform for managing your purchases, inventory and so much more. We will take you through the basics in this guide to get you started.

Log In to your Account:

• Visit surgerynetwork.org and type in your username and password.

• Upon successful log in, you will see your home screen. 

Explore your home page:

1. My Account:

Here you will find your Organisation settings, Users, Express Access, and the Logout option. 

2. Navigation Bar:

Use you navigation bar to access all other areas of the system. Purchase History, Inventory and Personal Catalogue to name a few. 

3. Central area:

The central area of your home page provides overviews of main system areas and quick links to key reports.

4. Search for products and equipment:

Explore you purchasing options using the search tab on the right top side of the screen. 

Alternatively;

Search for products according to category using the list provided on the left-hand side list.   

5. Personal Catalogue:

Here you will find your selected items for purchase, to add to your basket for final review and order. 

6. Page Guide:

This is a useful tool to access quick tips and information pertaining to the page you are on. Help, contact and training info will be accessible for a quick resolve.

Contact us:

• Reach out to The Surgery Network team from any page via the “Contact Us” on the left side tab.

Live Chat:

• Click on the purple widget to access real-time assistance. 

Information Icons:

• Small “ i ” icons are displayed next to headings throughout the system. These icons, when clicked, will display a small description for quick assistance.

Learning Center:

• There are many useful guide and videos created to walk you through the whole system.
