Requesting Account Numbers From Suppliers

Some suppliers do not allow purchases without account numbers. You need to do this only once per supplier

Navigate to My Account - General Settings and then select the My Suppliers tab:

Click on Request Supplier Code button, select the Supplier (leave Your Location as is) and then click Request:

A support team member will contact the supplier and request a code for you and will let you know when it's ready to be used. You can review the status your supplier code requests on the right hand side:
