User Access and General Settings management

Effortlessly control user access settings through the My Users section designed specifically for Primary Account Holders.


1. Accessing My Users:


Hover over the My Account heading in the top right corner.

Select "My Users."

On My Users page you can add new users, change user settings, and login as any user in your organisation as a PAH (User Id Access column link):


2. On My Users Page:


Easily add new users and modify settings.

Use the "User Id Access" link to log in as any user in your organization.

3. Updating Contact Details:


On your account page (and any other users page), swiftly update email, phone, and other contact details.

General Settings (for Primary Account Holders)

Locate General Settings in the My Account area (top right corner on any page) for account adjustments:


1. Accessing General Settings:


  • Find it under My Account.

2. Adjusting Organization Account Settings:


  • Change delivery and invoice addresses.
  • Update contact details for purchase orders (names and emails).
  • Manage account numbers with suppliers.
  • Fine-tune authorization settings for users.
  • Copy personal catalogs from one user to another.
