Clarify product details with the supplier

Go to a supplier's listed product page via:
- a supplier catalogue listing (left side of your Home page),
- the catalogue search (top right of your Home page or Personal Catalogue), or
- the item description in your Personal Catalogue.
Use text field at the bottom of the product page to enter your question and then click "Send". The supplier will automatically have your contact details and the product number you are asking about.
When you receive the supplier's response, you can view and continue the conversion in My Messages area:
