Quick password reset for your account
Go to surgerynetwork.org.uk and click on (Help) link next to the login form:
You will be prompted for your User ID on the next page:
Submit the form with your User ID to reset your password.
Reset password for another user
Click on My Account - My Users link in the top right corner on any page:
If you don't see that option, ask your Primary Account Holder (normally the Practice or Business Manager or Partner) to follow the steps below.
1. Click on the name of the user needing a password change (under Account name column):
2. On User Account Details page that appears, click on the Reset Password button:
A new password will be emailed to the email address attached to the user account.
Please note, passwords can also be changed by using the Help link to the right of the logon boxes, on your Home logon page.
