The steps are the following:


  1. Change user's email and contact details.
  2. Reset user's password.
  3. Check new email for new password and login as new user.

Click on My Account - My Users link in the top right corner on any page:

If you don't see that option, ask your Primary Account Holder (normally the Practice or Business Manager or Partner) to follow the steps below.

Then, click on the name of the user whose email you wish to change (under Account name column):

On User Account Details page that appears, locate Email field and change its value to the new email:

Once changed, click away or hit Enter to update.

Use the same method to change user's First Name, Last Name, and Phone.

Resetting user's password

Click on the Reset Password button on the same page:

A new password will be emailed to the email address attached to the user account.
