Essential to every successful organisation is a reporting structure that highlights strengths and where improvement and finetuning can be carried out. Your online system and history of transactions has invaluable information and we have created a unique set of reports and tools to help provide you with such important information.

Your reports follow the Feedback Reporting methodology with some reports including anonymous comparison information from top performing members. The reports indicate strengths and where concerns or opportunities may exist. You are then able to drill down to detailed transaction information so you can quickly understand and take any necessary decisions.

Financial Management Reports

Your most important reports include:

Heartbeat Monitor Report

One of your most important reports, it contains key data from your other reports, along with performance comparisons to a Model Surgery similar in size. It also has links to the supporting reports so you can quickly view the relevant information.

Your Market Monitor Report

It benchmarks and compares your purchasing to the wider membership and marketplace to identify saving opportunities, including alternatives to high-cost items which other surgeries have success in buying and where there might be alternative brands and/or suppliers.

The Analytics Trend Report

It highlights trends in buying and costs both on a total cost basis and a per patient basis. This report can for example highlight unnecessary, excessive or unauthorised buying. This report can also identify negative variations in the reimbursable claims process and therefore potentially highlight missing FP34 claims and scripts.

The Purchasing Report

It allows for purchasing analytics, highlights inefficiencies in purchasing such as emergency and out of control buying and unnecessary delivery charges.

Category and Item Spend Reports

They detail spend levels by category or by item, comparing current period results to a previous period for assess cost performance.

Monthly Email Update

Every month we update you with a snapshot of your Heartbeat Monitor Report along with any important news updates. The intention is to give you, without having to log on, an overview of how well you are performing and a summary of key updates. We also review and report on different costs often incurred by members. The objective is to provide you with additional information to help you improve your cost management and profitability.

Group Reporting and PCNs

We work with groups of surgeries and also have some group reporting capabilities. Some examples include group performance reports where group members are able to compare results, highlighting who is performing well and who may benefit from help.

If you are involved with a group and think this might be beneficial please don't hesitate to get in touch.
