Heartbeat Monitor Report

Your Practice Heartbeat Monitor provides you with a snapshot of how well your operation is running with key performance indicators taken from your most important reports. It highlights your operating strengths and where opportunities may exist for fine tuning and improving operations.

1. Comparison Data

Your results show your last calendar month of activities. They are reported at either actual cost or costs per thousand patients, with comparison figures to a Model Surgery along with clickable popup performance explanations (right column).

The Model Surgery figures consist of actual performing data from 14 top performing surgeries, with the data adjusted to your surgery size based on patient numbers.

2. Key Performance Indicators highlight

Overhead, Reimbursement and Non-reimbursement cost performance

– Market Price Performance (Saving Potential)

– Reimbursement income performance

– Potential Reimbursement claim failures

4. Direct Links to Reports

When logged onto your account, the detailed reports behind your figures can be accessed directly by clicking on the left column topic names.

5. In Closing

If you find your results do not make sense in comparison to the Model Surgery you might wish to check your surgery patient numbers as these figures are adjusted to equate to your surgery patient numbers.

You are able to review and change your patient numbers on your internal home page by clicking on your My Account link in the top right corner and selecting the My Demographics option where you can amend your figures.
