This report looks at your purchases activity in each month and estimates reimbursement income and costs for the month. 


The Income figures take into consideration the NHS Reimbursement rate you will receive on purchased items as well dispensing fee income, the NHS discount and reimbursement of VAT.


Costs are calculated based on purchase order costs and include VAT.


The details supporting this report can be viewed by clicking the link at the top of the page on the line below the title.


Please note, this report is based on issued purchase orders in the month and assumes everything purchased in a month is administered and claimed. Future report enhancements will incorporate the Real-Time inventory module and month end stock levels to establish the number of actual administered items, their costs and the related income.


This report can be found in the Purchases area by clicking on the green NavBar Purchase title at the top of the page and then selecting the report.
