The NHS Reimbursables area has a number of reports that we hope you will find helpful in managing your claimable items.

If you access your NHS Reimbursable Items page, from the link on the left side of your home page, you will see a number of tools and reports. They are divided into four sections. In addition, just below each section title is an Explanations link, which if clicked, displays additional information on how to use the different reports and tools in that area.
The first section, called Initial Listing Review, focuses on providing tools for checking on your ability to claim an item and its profitability. You might refer to this area when you are thinking of purchasing an item or performing an audit on profitability of existing items being purchased.
The second section, called Ongoing NHS Claimable Items Review, takes you to your Personal Catalogue where you can review the NHS Rate column for asterisks that highlight items for which there may be alternative items that are claimable, or claimable with a higher profit.
The third section, called Missing Script Review, looks at procedures for helping identify missing scripts.
The fourth section, Monthly Report Reviews, provides reports for analysing current and upcoming purchases of claimable items. So for example, it includes an audit tool that automatically reviews all Personal Catalogues, identifying any items that are not claimable for which alternatives may exist, or claimable items which might have a higher profit. A good tool to be run on a monthly basis.
